Serving Suggestions
Parsley Flakes can be used both in and on foods to garnish and flavour canapes, soups, tossed green salads, coleslaw, breads, herb sauces and butter, tomato and meat sauces, stuffings for fish and meats, broiled or fried fish, meats and poultry. 1 tsp (5 mL) is equivalent to 1 tbsp (15 mL) fresh chopped parsley.

Spices should be stored in a cool, dry place. Avoid exposure to heat, humidity, moisture, and direct sunlight or fluorescent light to retain flavour and colour.
