Ready to Bake Frozen Preportioned Cookie Dough.


Sugars (sugar, invert sugar, molasses), wheat flour, semi-sweet chocolate chips (sugar, unsweetened chocolate, cocoa butter, dextrose, soy lecithin, vanilla extract), modified palm and palm kernel oil and liquid canola oil margarine, liquid whole eggs, cocoa powder processed with alkali, water, sodium bicarbonate, natural flavour, salt. Contains wheat, milk, eggs and soy. May contain peanuts, tree nuts and sulphites.

Preparation & Cooking

Preheat oven to 150C (300F). Place cookies on ungreased baking sheet 5 cm (2 inches) apart. Bake for 22 - 25 minutes. Remove pan from oven and allow cookies to cool slightly before removing with spatula. Frozen cookie dough can go straight from freezer to preheated oven – an additional 2 – 3 minutes of bake time may be needed. Watch temperatures and baking times as oven temperatures vary and assure to adjust for higher elevation.

Packaging & Storage

Cookie dough can be stored in the cooler for 90 days or in the freezer for one year. Cookie dough can be thawed and re-frozen. Baked cookies can be stored for 2 - 3 days.
