Fresh boiled Mini Potstickers are made up of a half-moon shaped egg noodle wrapper, stuffed with sesame jack cheese, chicken, vegetables and seasoning.


Filling: Cabbage, chicken, Monterey Jack cheese (partially skimmed milk, salt, microbial enzyme, bacterial culture, colour, calcium chloride, powdered cellulose, natamycin), broccoli, water chestnuts, liquid egg white, onions, celery, hydrolyzed soy protein (salt, caramel, colour), modified corn starch, garlic in oil (garlic, canola oil, water, citric acid), sesame oil, salt, red jalapeno peppers, spices, dehydrated green jalapeno peppers. Preparation & Cooking

Since appliances vary, the instructions below are guidelines only. Keep frozen until ready to prepare. DEEP FRY: Fry 20 pieces of frozen product for 3 1/2 minutes at 175ºC / 350ºF. STOVETOP (PAN-FRIED): Combine 1/3 cup (75 mL) of water, 2 tablespoons (30 mL) of cooking oil and 16 dumplings in a non-stick frying pan. Cover. Turn on heat to medium-high and heat for 10 minutes. Uncover and turn dumplings over and continue to heat for another 2 to 2 1/2 minutes, until lightly browned. MICROWAVE (1100 WATTS): Place 16 dumplings in a microwave-safe container. Add 1 cup (250 mL) of water. Loosely cover container and heat on high for 8 minutes. Let stand for 1 minute before serving. Drain well and serve. STOVETOP (BOILED): Place 20-22 pieces in 3.5 L of boiling water for 6 to 7 minutes. Drain well and serve. STOVETOP (STEAMED): In a pot, bring water to a rapid boil over high heat. Lightly oil a steamer with vegetable oil. Place 20 pieces into steamer, in a single layer, evenly spaced, not touching each other and place over pot of boiling water. Cover and heat for 10 minutes.

Serving Suggestions

Serve as an appetizer with dipping sauce.

Packed in polybag and placed in a corrugated box. It is kept frozen.
