Lightly breaded seasoned boneless beef strips with a ginger sauce. Cook thoroughly.
Ingredients
Beef, water, seasoning (cornstarch, soy protein concentrate, salt, sodium phosphate, sugar, spice, dehydrated garlic, dehydrated onion). Dusted with wheat flour. Browned in canola oil. Sauce: sugar and/or glucose-fructose, water, hydrolyzed soy protein, vinegar, modified cornstarch, salt, spices, molasses, potassium sorbate, colour.

Preparation & Cooking
Deep fryer: Heat oil to 190°C / 375°F. Place beef strips in the fryer basket and cook for 3 to 6 minutes. Conventional Oven: Preheat oven to 205°C / 400°F. Spread beef strips in a single layer on a baking sheet. Bake for 20 to 25 minutes. For crispier product, bake for 5 to 10 minutes longer. Sauce: Meanwhile, heat sauce by placing sauce pouch in hot water for 10 minutes. Combine sauce with cooked beef strips, toss and serve.
Serving Suggestions
Create a signature menu item by adding 1/4 cup (60 ml) orange marmalade to the sauce and use orange slices as garnish to make orange ginger beef. Or try adding some small red chilli peppers to make spicy ginger beef. The menu possibilities are endless!
Packaging & Storage
Within each corrugated cardboard master case, there are 4 / 500 g plastic bags of beef and 8 / 250 mL plastic bags of ginger sauce. Keep frozen.
