Preparation & Cooking
preheat pan or grill with small amount of cooking oil on medium heat, too much oil or heat will cause a shell to form on the fish cake, burning the outside and leaving the inside uncooked, place frozen fishcake on cooking surface, cook 5 minutes on each side, OR, preheat oven to 425F 218C, place frozen fishcakes on a cooking sheet sprayed with cooking oil. Cook for 5 minutes, then lower temperature to 375F 190C and cook for 10 to 15 minutes
Serving Suggestions
Serve with homemade beans, french fries or a salad, at breakfast with eggs and homefries, or just by themselves
